Breakfast Chocolate Pudding with Lexi Driggs

Ingredients

  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups plant based milk 
  • ½ tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp of Shroom Shield
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt 
  • Optional toppings: berries, bananas, cocoa nibs, fresh mint  

Recipe:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender
  2. Blend on high for around 1-2 minutes 
  3. Pour mixture into an airtight container and refrigerate for 5+ hours
  4. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Hi, I’m Lexi! I run my own business selling vintage clothing. l live in seattle with my husband and 2 grey kitties. When I’m not working you can find me at the beach near my house, cooking a meal for friends, or taking a day trip outside the city.

 

What is your favorite GOLDE product and how do you use it?

The Clean Greens Face Mask! I’ve been using it for years, it’s the only mask I’ve found that clears my breakouts without drying out my skin. I love to use it with a mix of a few drops jojoba oil or a few drops of water.

 

What is your Golden Hour?

My golden hour is usually at night when I can unwind and relax. I really use the evenings to do some self care. That might look like making myself a healthy dinner, taking a hot bath, lighting a candle and then slipping into bed.

 

What are the daily rituals that you can’t live without?

I can’t go a day without my skincare routine, I have been really embracing using a gua-sha lately and find it so relaxing. I also feel my best when I cook myself a hearty healthy meal!
